Child Policy
Infants: Children of 1-2 years will be considered as infants & will not be charged.
Child without bed: 50% will be charged if child is sharing double room with parents (Child will not be counted in slab). 70% will be charged if child must be counted in slab.
Child with bed: 80% will be charged & triple room or Double room with extra bed will be provided. (Child will be counted in slab)
Notes
·Children will be charged according to slab considered for adult passengers.
·The child rates are valid only if child is sharing room with 2 adults
·Child discounts will be applicable for maximum 15% of the group. If there are more children, then adult rates will be applicable.
·We can book maximum 2 triple rooms in a group. Any additional will be subject to availability

Tips excluded for all local services, guides, restaurants, and touring coach drivers.
·Items of personal nature such as drinks, telephone calls, minibar, etc
·Porterage handling at airport/hotels/station

Hotels
·Our offer is based on continental breakfast. If you need buffet breakfast, there may be supplement for the same.
·Breakfast at the hotels will be provided in the main hall or the group room separately but it will be totally hotel’s discretion.
·Breakfasts taken before 0700 hours and packed breakfast boxes may incur a supplement
·Complementary tea/Coffee makers in rooms, air-condition & Wi-Fi cannot be guaranteed.
Sightseeing
·All critical services are strictly subject to availability. In case of no reservation possibility, we will inform prior to group departure. Tour manager/clients may have to purchase tickets on spot.
Meals
·Standard duration for meals at restaurants will be 45 minutes to 1 hour. More time is subject to discretion of restaurant and additional time may impact the coach duration
·Standard Indian Menu at restaurant includes 02 veg dishes, 01 non-veg dish (Chicken), 01 daal, Rice or Pulao, Yoghurt or Raita, Roti / naan, Salad, Papad, Pickle, 01 sweet dish and tap water
·Standard 3 course meal at local restaurant includes one starter, one main dish or one desert
Coach
·Considering Traffic Situation and driving hours, Sightseeing/Orientation tours may be revised/changed if on road it is not possible to cover the day within LDC regulations. Tour Leader must manage the driving hours.
·Water bottle in coach is not included in offer.
·Accommodation for Touring Coach Driver must be provided by the client in all cities where hotels are not booked by us.
Tips
·Standard LDC driver tips are EUR 2 per pax/day
·In case the group strength is below 20 pax, then the driver's tip is calculated at minimum 40 Euros per day and not by number of pax
·Tips for local coaches varies based on duration of the service
·Standard Guide tips is EUR 1 per pax /guide
Long Distance Coach – LDC EU Charter
·Max. 12 working hours a day. (duration for which the LDC is at disposal)
·Max. 9 driving hours. After every 4 and half hour the driver must rest for a minimum of 45 minutes. The break can be split up to 2 – 3 breaks of minimum 15 minutes per break.
·Night rest is 12 hours.
·LDC can run Twice in a week for 13 or 14 hours (active hours of LDC) with Max 10 driving hours.
